Field vs. Pro
Field covers estimating, the client directory, scheduling, tasks, and chat. Pro adds invoicing, expenses, materials, subcontractors, cost codes, QuickBooks sync, and full reporting.
Monthly or annual billing
Both plans bill monthly or yearly. Paying for a year up front costs 20% less: Field is $279 a year instead of $348, and Pro is $949 instead of $1188. Pick the interval at checkout, and switch later from the billing portal.
How the free trial works
New accounts get full Pro access for 14 days with no credit card. When the trial ends, choose Field or Pro to keep going.
Choose or change your plan
Go to Settings → Billing. Pick Field or Pro to start, or upgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.
What happens if my trial ends
Your projects and timecards always stay accessible. The paid features lock until you subscribe, so you never lose your crew's time data.
Manage payment method and invoices
In Settings → Billing, Manage Billing opens the secure Stripe portal where you can update your card, view invoices, or change your plan.
